the engine is a 1992 120 evinrude. The problem is when you first plane off and trim out the engine will reach 4800 rpms and maintain those rpms for about 10 seconds, then it will bog until it dies unless you back off the throttle. Now if you let it bog till it dies, then try to crank it, the engine wont crank unless you lift the fast idle lever all the way. It will then clear up and do a perfect repeat of before. The plastic carbs are clean as well as the throttle bodies. New plugs. New stator. New fuel lines. New gas. Any ideas? Also,if i only run at 3/4 throttle, the engine runs fine.
