Gearcase oil 64' starflite 90

Does anybody know where i can get hold of some Type 'c' or Premium Blend gearcase oil? I cant find any anywhere!!<br /><br /><br />Cheers....................English

Every marina I've been to here in New Hampshire has had it in stock. Perhaps you could have some shipped from Ownens Marine in Manchester, NH (603) 622-3000. I don't know what it would cost to ship across the pond though. I have two pints I just purchased from there. "OMC Premium Blend Gear Lube" I think it was around $4 / pint.

If that's an electric shift you have English, only use the BRP (Bombardier Recreational Products) or OMC 'Premium Blend'. I belive the 'Type C' name went away a long time ago for OMC.<br />If it's a manual shift, you can use other maker's 80/90W outboard gearcase oil.<br />This is just a warning as many 3rd party lower unit oils advertise themselves as being compatible with 'Type C'

Don't put anything other than OMC Type C or OMC/Bombardier Premium Blend. Anything else will ruin a driveline which is difficult to find parts for
