60's model evinrude 9.5hp fuel pump

How does the fuel pump work on this motor? There is no shaft that rotates. I see a diaphram but nothing to actually "pump." Thanks for your help.

thats the pump.<br /> it operates on the alternating vacum then pressure in the crankcase.<br />moves the diaphram in and out, the check valves do the rest.
