I have recently obtained a 1967 Johnson 9.5 HP that has been stored for several years. I intend to replace water pump, points, condensors, plugs, and coils. Should I automatically replace the fuel pump or wait and see? Also, the prop has a few dings along some edges. Do I need to replace the prop, file edges, or just leave alone?

you should do a compression test and a spark test then go from there if thats fine I would clean the carb and replace the water pump

Chances are good that the fuel pump is fine. If you want to try something, unmount it from the block and pump up the primer bulb and see if gas comes out the hole in the back. If it doesn't it's likely fine.

The coils may be good if it's been serviced in the last ten years, since if that's the case they're probably replacements. A visual examination will likely tell you if they're good. Points can be filed and regapped if you want too. Condensors rarely go bad. They're both cheap and easy to replace though.

Water pump and carb kit are a very good idea. Try to get the carb kit from the dealer, since it comes with a new fuel tolerant plastic float.

As for the prop, if the dings arn't bad just file them out. Don't go crazy as you don't want to put the prop out of balance.

EDIT: when you get it running go through a thorough decarb. Also at least check the thermostat in the head for proper operation.
