what should my spark plug gap be?

I have a 1967 60H.P. evinrude V4. model 60753A serial E05224. i'm wondering what my spark plug gap should be. my manual doesnt say anywhere, i can find th points gap but not the plugs. does any one have this engine or know what it is?

Gap them at 30

Gap should be .030 unless you are planning to do a lot of trolling then I would gap them at .40 and remember that the plugs of choice for a evinrude or johnson are champion

i had same question while reading down through this post and was going to ask also...seems logical..but again it's a outboard....

I gap mine at 35 and she does real well
