another blown head gasket

hello i have a 91 v4 115 evenrude outboard with a rebuilt power head after about 100 hours i blew a head gasket wha t causes this problem thank you for your help

Was it re-torgued after warm-up, and was it properly sealed from the start?

Are you overheating?If so the starboard head usually gets hottest first.<br /><br />DHP

i retorgued the heads after about 15 hours of break in and i dont think it overheaded because i put a new pump in the same time i changed the power head. how offen aRE YOU SUPPOSED TO RETorgue the heads after you replace a power head

I'll bet whoever built the powerhead did not check to see if the heads were warped. Check before you install new gaskets.
