I have a 25 hp Johnson with model number J25RLCIV and serial number E5439638. This is from the welch plug on the powerhead.<br /><br />I think this is a 1981 model. Is this a indeed a 1981 and what other model years has the same design for replacement parts?<br /><br />Thank you.

It is a 1981, as to the second part of your question it would most likely depend on the part, there are rope starts, such as yours and elec starts, some parts interchange some don't.

Thank you! Specifically I am looking at the tiller arm assembly (the yoke is cracked) and also general maintenance items like impellers, pump kits, carborater kits, etc.<br /><br />Thanks again.
