an aerator pump that can be mounted above waterline?

Can anyone tell me if there's a livewell aerator pump out there can can be mounted above the waterline and prime itself? I have a portable livewell that I'm working on and I need the pump to mount higher. thanks, Knobby

On my BassBuggy 'Toon, it's mounted on the aft end of the left hand toon , down at the bottom. Only problem is that you have to slow way down for it to work. While underway, it's not in the water

Not a problem. Just add a primer bulb to prime the pickup and that should work.
