No trouble!

There's a few parts still avaliable new or reproduction. Usually it isn't too hard to locate NOS or used parts. Is there any particular part you're after?
Manuals are the easy part. You can get a reprint of the original OMC manual from:
kencook.com
marineengine.com
maxrules.com
theoutboardwizard.bizhosting.com

You can get the same manual on CD for considerably less from acmeoutboards.com I wouldn't bother with anything other than the factory manual.

Some good sites for parts are laingsoutboards.com, vintageoutboard.com, and grove.net/~noff/marx.html for replacement rubber parts.

You might want to google Twin City Outboards or try TCOutboards.com and get thier phone#, they should be able to get you parts for the HD-25 or point you in the right direction.

I have a 1947 HD-25 that I'm getting going again, it was my Gramps's motor. I have the Service Manual that I found on ebay and a very generous iboater here emailed me the parts manual and several others have given me lots of guidence in getting her fixed up.

I'd give the link to the thread about my motor cause it is full of great info but I can't find it and the iboats search is working for crap lately.
