Oil injector over injecting evinrude 60 "89"

What would be my real problem if I'm getting too much oil from my injector?<br /><br /> I just brought my "89" 60 evinrude out of storage and tried to run it in the yard with an ear muff water intake. Before storing it I used fogger. When I started it, it smoked really bad and kept smoking. It also spit out allot of oil. <br /><br />Will putting it in the water and running it solve my problem? What about the oil, I'm afraid of an oil slick.

Hey cajun,<br /><br />Odds are it's just loaded up from the fogging oil. Take it for a run and blow it out and it should be fine....Change spark plugs, too...
