1985 Evinrude 90 Hp Lower Unit

Hey guys. im looking to buy a 1985 Winner z660 with an evinrude 90 hp motor, but the lower unit on the engine is cracked, where would i be able to find a replacement and how much would it run, and also would i be able to repair it myself or would i need to get a mechanic to do that for me, also how much approx. you think that would run me? Thanks
