Manuel for Mercury XR 10

I have a mercury xr 10, 1996 and it is low on power. I do not know how to maintane it. Here in the Philippines is it quite difficult to get support. Maybe someone could give me some advise, how to handle or to tune up this outboard. Maybe someone has a manuel. Thanks in advance<br /><br />Sebastian

Pare, try the link below.... Once you get to the site, click on "parts for Mercury engine" at the next window you will be asked to provide your engine serial number, then you will have to select the zip code, try this zip code 76542 or the nearest dealer to you. Just select one and it will give you a diagram for your parts and if you select, I think the misc. that's where they have the manual for your particular engine.
