95 mariner 150 efi water leak

i have a slight leak under the power head ,where its monted to the mid portion.if your standing behind the motor...looking at the exhaust cover,at the bottom to the left of it....theres a leak.ok?can anybody tell me if theres a way that this will cause the engine to bogg down sometimes?<br />theres some water comming out of the exhaust on the back of the motor,just a little spray.

If water is coming out...water could be getting in. You would be best to change which ever gasket is causing the leak.<br /><br />TMD
