There might be a cross pin that has to be removed.<br /><br />A repair manual would explain all that.<br /><br />c/6<br />Hooty

You are having problems getting the small pin out of the big pin? For the small pin, if I remember correctly, I think first I tapped it with a hammer then grabbed it from the other end with pliers. I am just wondering, do you have the motor off of the boat?
