Hello Maggieo1, welcome to the forum. Go to "search" and look for posts by member # 20942. He had a post in March titled "flywheel removal". He got great answers, even pic's! If you can't find it, I have it printed, and can scan it and email it to you. Hope this helps, good luck, Mike

The lifting eye modified to be used as a puller worked well. The only concern you will have if you decide to go that route, is finding a bolt that will be able to fit under the round "eye" to get started into the threads and travel all the way down... I had to slightly modify the bolt shown in the pics so it would travel completely down (the bolt I used didn't have threads at the top), that's why it was turned down under the head. You can also put the eye in a vice and heat it slightly to smash the eye in an more oval shape, this will give you more room for the puller bolt.. Use a large scredriver inserted through the eye to keep it from turning when removing the flywheel. Good luck..
