hello remove plugs, keep putting oil loads of it leave for a few days then try again if still too tight then a strip down will be neccesary.shame coz its a near new engine in terms of hours. if your gonna leave engine for long periods make sure you use a good after run/lay up oil. Engines last longer when run and serviced regular than just leaving too rot,

You may have a serious problem, but You will never know for sure and what it may be until you tear down the entire engine....

What I would do is this....

Take the plugs out... Fill the cylinders with some seafoam, or decarbing spray foam... really coat them up good... Let that sit at least overnight and then spray them good with fogging oil.....

Now, leave the plugs out and you'll need to ground each spark plug lead to the block to ensure you don't have any sparks jumping around.
Make sure you have fuel supplied to the motor and add some oil to that fuel... Mix oil in the fuel tank to 25-1... I know you probably have oil injection but let's go ahead and make sure the cylinders are really being lubricated...

Removing the plugs will relieve the compression that is still there and make it much easier to turn over the motor.... Try that and see if it cranks... But make sure you lube the cylinders well. If it cranks, do that for short 10-15 sec's periods every other minute or so (don't want to burn up the starter) and make sure you add more fogging oil to the cylinders in between cranks..
If that goes well, we will try to check compression and start the motor... The fogging oil will make it smoke like a chimmny the way if and when you ever get it started up...

I don't want to scare you, but this is no guarantee, it may need cylinder/ring work... Which you will notice right away if you pull the heads off....

Let us know....

hello
if you have enough rust in the cyl or crank bearings to freeze it you need to tear it down and fix it before running it. it will self destruct if not. have you checked the lower unit? if its locked it will lock the power head.
I have seen the unlock with oil trick to many times. you may get away with it on an old 6 hp but not on a v6 machine :) .

I would have to vote for a tear down or at least pull the heads . stuck rings sometimes turn into broke rings and broke rings sometimes turn into shrapnel. As rodbolt said check the lower unit it might be something simple like an impeller that stuck, broke and then crumbled when you spun by hand .check the simple stuff first.

I agree with tear down.

I had a 1999 150hp XR6 and had same problem. I even removed carbs and reed cage and lubricated crankshaft and rods.
Motor felt fine until I tried it on boat....
I went out of landing for 150ft...then barely made it back with loud banging and knocking.
I guess if I had replaced the rod and crank bearings would have been cheaper.
