ROTTYRAS, First disconnect the kill wire blk/yellow wires from the swich boxs and hook a voltmeter to the wires turn the switch on and off several time to make sure the switch is not allowing DC voltage in to the boxs, that would kill the system, second your motor only having spark on 1 cyl. is about impossible abad stator will have no spark at all or effect odd or even number cyls, abad switch box could act simularly, you can ck that out by swaping the boxs and see if the problem goes with boxs ( bad box or stays with the same cyls bad stator, the trigger effects 2 cyls at time so thats probable not the problem, to ck switch box bias remove the blk/ white wire from the boxs if you have spark then you will need to replace both switch boxs. I am given you these test presumeing that you have already disconnected the yellow rectifier wires as recommended in your first post--Bob
