merc 25 hp fuel problems

help .my tracker 25 merc dies after istart it .rebuilt carb and cleaned.still acts like running out of fuel.as long as i sqeese bulb it will stay running.new diaphram in pump also.it is a 2000 model.it sat for 4 years only has about 30 hours on engine.pl,ease help.

I would change out your fuel hose and primer bulb. Sounds like an air leak in line. Replace with OEM not an aftermarket fuel line and bulb.

the fuel tank cap is vented.thanks for your help .i will go get a new fuel line from bass pro in the morning.i did renew it before with one from walmart .ido suspect it might leak air.thanks alot for your help .tommy

took cap off of fuel tnk same thing.bulb went soft and died.
