There are a couple of web sites that might have exploded views for you. The one I'm familiar with is mercruiserparts.com. You'll need your serial number and then mine through some menues to get to the diagrams, but they're excellent. Other than that, I know that both the OEM/merc shop manual as well as the Seloc manual have good accurate carb photos and diagrams (at least this is the case for late 60s and early 70s 9.8's that I'm familiar with - which are very similar to 7.5's of that era). First place I'd check for the books are a library or a local marina (Seloc's are ofen on sale).
