1995 yamaha 115 speedo problem

The tube running from the lower unit appears to be clogged. Short of dissambling the lower unit is there a way to clear the tube. Thanks

WHO KNOWS WHERE I CAN GET USED SUZUKI DT75 1989 SWIVEL HOUSING AND PROP SHAFT. I WAS REAR ENDED MAKING A TURN. I WANT TO REPAIR THIS PREVIOUSLY FAST MOTOR.
