Valve Seat Removal?

I have an 88 Ymamha Model ETLG. Went through the Carbs today and was unable to remove the Valve Seat. It takes a 10MM socket but because of the
groves that the Pin Float arm sets in you can't get the socket to set flush and get a good grip on the valve seat. There's also no room for an open end wrench.
Just wondering if anyone knows of a special tool
to use .
Thanks
herndo

What Rodbolt says. A 1/4" drive 10mm Sears Craftsman socket, ground down, works great.
