2002 yamaha f225. purchased about 2 months ago. after getting the oil level straight and the idle adjusted, i was amazed at how quiet and smooth it ran. engine had 320 hrs on it at purchase.<br /><br />2 months and 50 hrs later, and i think something has crept up on me. i can't pinpoint it, but after this weekends trips, i think it's running louder at idle and a little rough at rpms btw 700 and 1400. at cruising and higher rpms, no symptoms or problems.<br /><br />not really a performance issue, and may be just my imagination, but it's got me a little concerned. anything jumping out at you guys? could something be going or need some care with such a mild symptom that i think i have? thanks-<br /><br />quick note- i have not run ring free in any tank of gas, like i was planning to do so. could that be it?
