hello<br /> the low pressure electric will run in the start position. after its running at low speeds, below about 1800, its off every 20 seconds then on for about 20. if you ran the system dry use the primer bulb to refill the vapor seperator. the fuel rail is self bleeding so its no worries. after you insure the VST is full crank it and let off a few cycles. when you turn the key to "on" you should hear both pumps whine for a few seconds. cycle the key switch, after priming with the bulb, several times. it may take several attempts to bleed the air from the rail. just make sure you have fuel in the vapor seperator.
