Re: Sea Fox Boats?
Sea Fox used to be Sea Era boats. Changed the name in 2000 I think. I had a 98 Sea Era 21 CC, same hull that you are looking at with a few slight changes (seats instaed of leaning post etc and obviously mine lacked the cabin.)

Ran it about 4 years, no major problems, raw water washdown pump replaced, minor things like that that all boats have.

Dry ride for it's size, good in heavy seas, pretty well laid out for fishing.

Mine had an untrimmable pourpose at 30 + with the bait well full of water(CG moved too far back with the extra weight), that was corrected on later models with the addition of trim tabs as standard equipment.

Lots of range for it's size (112 gallons if memory serves, could fish all day for 3 days on one tank of gas with a 2 stroke 150.

I have noticed(at boat shows) that the newer models 2003 and up seem to have more hull "waves" when looking at them lengeth wise, Almost like the fiberglass has been thinned out in the recent production years, my 98 did not have that trait, and the hull thump test so to speak yielded a more solid feel on the older ones.

All in all, no huge complaints, cought lots of fish on it and sold it for a good price when I moved up in boat size (about $4000 depreciation from new to sell price after 4 years) Probably could have done a little better but it sold quick (5 days) and it kept me from having to pay insurance on two boats at a time.

If you have any specific questions let me know.
