It's the power pack. I didn't find out through testing though.
I took the pack out and cleaned it up and I could see through the sealer the part that has failed. So frustrating. If I could get in there I'm sure I could fix it.

I'm thinking the timer base myself. It's pretty chewed up. Only 2 of the clamps were holding it in place.
I'll know more tomorrow after I've made a DVA/Peak Power reader tonight.
