Not sure where your located but i’m in Ontario and for under 20k you can get a nice 16-18 ft some where in the mid 2000s for under 20k . You don’t need to spend $30k or more that’s almost new boat prices. just taking a quick look there’s a few on kijji without even trying . i’ve found a few...
Good to hear i’m now thinking about selling it and getting a nicer bigger boat in the 16-17ft range next year with all the nice factory compartments and live well instead of trying to build this boat like one of those . but being debt free would also be nice and i would be closer to the 10k...
