I after replacing the impeller on 91 120 Force outboard, I noticed that at high speed very little water was going out the back. At low speed there is a steady streem coming out the two holes. Is this normal our should the water be jetting out the back at high speed?

My 1990 Bayliner Capri with 120 HP Force outboard was running fine, full throttle at about 4500 RPM. Next time I took it out would only run at about 2500. In neutral I can throttle it up but it won't get up to speed in under load. Any ideas?
