    Oil filter relocation kit & oil pressure.....

    Thinking of buying an oil filter relocation kit for my 93 Merc 4.3 LX. Will the motors oil pressure drop at all due to the distance of the hoses that carry the oil ?? Thank You!!!

    Water temp sender location ?

    93 Merc 4.3 LX with full closed system. My aluminum Edelbrock intake Manifold has spots where I could mount the Water Temp Sender & Water Temp Audio warning sensor. Is it ok to mount these into the manifold or do they need to stay in the Thermostat housing ? Thank You!!

    Intake manifold ????

    1993 Merc 4.3LX with full closed system. The Fel-pro intake manifold gasket that Edelbrock suggests to use with the aluminum Edelbrock #2111 performer does not have cut outs for the passage that goes under the carb. This gasket blocks it off on both heads. Will this do any harm if it is blocked...

    Water or Fogging oil ???

    Need some help here, Merc 1993 4.3LX with full closed system. When I winterized it I fogged the carb & cylinders. Over winter I replaced the exhaust manifolds & risers & replaced intake manifold. Was going to change the oil before taking it out today to get the fogging oil out from winterizing...

    Diameter diff ?

    Would there be any diff in mph & rpm's on a <br />13 3/4 x21 prop and a 14 x 21 prop on a 1993 merc 4.3lx gen 2.

    Question on water pumps GPM.

    Could somebody tell me what the GPM for a Gen 2 water pump is, and what the GPM are on the raw water pumps found on the front of the late model Merc's.<br />I have tried diff web sites and still come up empty.<br /> Thank You!!!

    new to props!!! Question for you!!

    I have a 1993 Bluewater Mirage with a Merc 4.3LX Gen 2. I have had the boat two seasons now, it has an alum 3 blade 19 pitch, # on prop is 4878120A4019P.     what to do???

    Cut out holes in the front of the hull for docking lights, sanded the edges and exposed fiberglass. Should I do anything else to the exposed fiberglass to reduce the chance of cracks forming? Marine-tex??

    Why is this happening???

    I have a 93 4.3lx merc with carb and full closed system. I have had no heat, hesitation or bogging down problems. I pulled the plugs today and all six were dry black fouled!!!!! plugs (ngk), dist cap and rotor are all a month old. plugs had no smell of gas on them, just dry & black. Wires...

    Will this work???

    I have a 94 4.3lx merc with carburetor and full closed cooling system. Would a water crossover work on this set up or do i need the circulation pump to keep the antifreeze moving in the block. I dont know much about these crossovers.<br /> Thanks you.
