    Water temp warning ?

    Hey folks. I have a 2014 etec 250 ho. The last 2 times out, while just cruising my water temp light and alarm will go off. I'll slow to a no wake speed for a bit and it goes back off. It's still pushing a good strong pee stream, the water in the stream isn't hot. Where should I start?

    Ok 1 more oil question

    The book calls for synthetic 2 stroke oil. ( Evinrude brand of course) We have conventional in the tank now. To switch to synthetic do I need to drain the old or can they mix? Thanks
