    60 hp Johnson will not plane

    I have a 17 ft skiff with a 60 hp Johnson 4 stroke that will not get on plane with 3 adults in the boat. I have a 13.25 x 17 ss prop on the motor is this the wrong prop for the motor? Any advise would be appreciated Thanks
