    1982 25 hp mercury need help

    Have a 1982 25hp mercury outboard. I'm having problems getting it to run smoothly. It has a real rough idle, it smokes and is running to rich. I have rebuilt carb, installed new reeds, compression is @130 in both cyclinders. I've tried to also adjust timing and carb, it helps a little but...

    1982 25hp mercury wont stay running

    I just got an 1982 25 hp merc and just can't keep it running. It won;t start unless i turn the enricher all the way. And when i back off the enricher it sputters and dies . Any help whould be great Thanks

    1976 15hp chrysler won't start

    I have a 1976 15 hp chrysler (152hc) I had it running but it ran very rough . So i changed the point's and condenser, now i can't get it to fire at all. I set points at .20 at the highest point. Then i checked the coil by putting a ohms meter inside the sparkplug boot and it read 7 on one side...
