    carburator pressure

    78 115 Johnson I have in the shop. The Tech tells me the carburators willn't hold pressure on the bottom carburator. He rebuilt it with OME parts,replace the fuel lines and ball. He tells me the engine runs fine except for mid idle, until it loses pressure. Maybe someone can help me help my...

    fuel question

    I have a 1978 115 Johnson. I installed a fuel filter its the glass tube type with a filter. When I pump the ball for fuel to the engine there is air in the site glass along with gas. Its never completely full of fuel even when its running. Is this normal or not ?
