I changed my prop with a bigger pitch and now the prop blade comes 1/16 from touching the anode. Now my question is can i just use a grinder and take it down and if so how much clearence is needed?

Ok so i got a 1985 with a 2.5l and its been sitting for a year or so and i put a new coil,points it started ran great at low rpm's and high rpm's shut it off for a sever hours and went to start it again and would only start at full throttle and if i held the choke valve open. Any help or...
