Gettin' ready to change the prop seal on a 1986 NS70A. Any tips on removing the thrust washer and getting the old seal out would be appreciated. Will a regular gear puller work to remove the thrust washer?

Service manual says ohms should be 290 on exciter coil and 20 on trigger coil. Mine reads 299 on exciter and 25 on trigger. Are these readings within an acceptable range or should I be concerned.

I recently rebuilt both carbs on this engine. Starting fuel/air screws out 1.5 turns and trying to adjust from there. Any tips or tricks would be appreciated. Also is clockwise screw turn (+air/-gas) or the other way around. Thanks.
