I am thinking of purchasing a used 1997 StarCraft Fisherman 190 CC. It has a 120 HP Force, by Mercury, outboard. The price is $7000. Boat has a Bimi top and a depth finder. Boat looks in good conditin, but I don't know anything about these outboards and need opinions please. Thanks in advance...
