    not enough rpms

    1 have a 23 ft sea craft cuddy with a 225 omc sea drive - new short block 3 yr ago, has always ran well. 2 trips ago when i first left the dock i could only get 3000 rpm, no missing or sputtering, ideled well. after 3-5 minutes i got the normal rpms and never had a problem the rest of the day...
