my buddy just bought a 97 boat with a volvo penta 3.0 and it has a cap threaded on where the dipstick goes, no dipstick. Is this normal on some...?
The dipstick tube doesn't go straight down , it makes a big curve and runs toward the back of the motor.... can't find any serial numbers
gas gauge don't work on new to me 97 glastron se175 and I think its the sending unit, problem is, I have no idea where it is, tank is buried in the hull. Anyone know if there is an inspection plate and where it would be located...thanks in advance, I did a search and nothing came up
88 cobra outdrive, just replaced Drive gears,clutch dog, lower cable, esa unit but now the Motor Stumbles sometimes going into fwd gear.....kinda acts like the esa is coming on a bit too long, had it out yesterday for the first time after repairs, taking off it takes a few times putting it in...
