Ole Lee built boats in Somers, Montana from 1938 to 1961. This is #4 of 11 built in 1958. It had no motor when I found it. But I was able to find a 1959 Mercury. Which is one of the motors Lee Craft used. Then I found another. They work great together. Much Fun...
Looking for the chrome strips on the top and bottom, above and below the engine wrap. These chrome strips are held on by chrome decortive star bolts. My Boat Photo shows one with chrome, one without. If anyone has a junk thunderbolt 40-45 hp 59-60 model and would part with these chrome pieces...
