My 1982, 18 HP Mercury is starving for fuel. I thought it was the old fuel line and primer bulb but a new line didn't solve the problem. The engine runs fine a low rpms but after a couple of minutes at full power it starts to cut out and the only way I can keep it running is to pump the primer...
