hi ...i have a 115 johson 4 stroke 2004 ob ...when i try to start it up for the first time when it is cold it runs for a few seconds then stalls ....then starts right up on second try and runs fine the rest of the day ....i also had it runing at the dock and in neutral and took it up to 4000rpms...
