I have a 1995 evinrude 115, ive recently changed the spark plugs to some NGK and si ce that day it will idle and accelerate pretty well outside the water but when is in the water it losses power and accelerates really slow like lazy lazy , and i checked the carbs and the jets and they are pretty...
i have a 1995 evinrude 115 with no spark at all when i bouth the boat i started it with no prblems, but i replaced the key switch and bam no spark even though everything is plug as it supposed
