Hi all i was given this motor dont have to much info on it but i have the serial # 202004 this is a 5.5hp has a red plastic cover i'm trying to find a part in the lower end. the motor fires up but the propeller isn't spinning at all does anybody have any info on this motor would like to see it...

i'm looking for a part its a "Loading tube & air silencer body assembly" for a 1964 5hp twin viking, all i know is this part mounts on to the carb, i have the old part number 591569 but can't find anything that would match this? i don't want to fire up the engine incase i get dirty ect.. stuck...
