I have a 1988 Mercury 115 HP 2 stroke engine. We took the boat out yesterday and about a 1/2 mile on the water we noticed the engine was smoking and then that no water was coming out the spray hole. We turned off the engine and allowed it to cool. We took the cover off and started it again...
