Bought a 1975 Century and replacing everything but the hull. There are 3 drilled holes on both sides of the transom that are not original. Whoever did it fabricated fiberglass over cardboard to create a channel up to the old deck. Assume it was for buoyancy or something. Any ideas? Was...
Doing a resto on boat and the trailer the boat came on is not configured for the boat. It is tandem axel trailer but axles are in front of the boat engines which makes it "unfun" to tow. Has anyone relocated axles?
Toyed with idea of renting a variable reach forklift to pull both motors from 1975 Century. Built gantry instead and worked like a champ. 230 bucks and own it vs 500 bucks per day for forklift. If anyone wants the plans let me know.
