I'm trying to set the timing on my 3.0 mercrusier and I'm having difficulties.
The carb cover says 1 degree ATDC, and idle 600-700. So I set the timing and adjusted the idle speed to 700. Now it seems like it's running too rich and diesels after shutting it off after running. My WOT rpm's are...
