    1977 johnson 70 hp no spark #2 cyl

    I bought this motor for $50 with a jet unit on it .everything looked great put it in water fired up and ran but could tell it was missing ,pulled spark plugs #2 was wet ,swaped plugs no change.can someone tell me how to trace back to the problem, thank you.

    how to wire twins into boat ?

    last year i ran twin 25's one was ele. start the other was pull start .ran great loved it (my little 16 ft alum. hull realy moves).now i have ordered another ele. start kit and am not sure if i hook up to same bat. or do i have to hook motor and tach to separet bat.? thank you.

    coil question

    i have a johnson 1982 25 hp that i picked up electric start for. put it all togeather and im not getting spark to top plug. my question is are the coil packs the same for electric start and manual start? they hook up a bit diffirent. one has a plug the other has a wire.

    Question about twins

    I thought they both had to be the same hp? I put togeather twin 25s on a 1950 starcraft but cant seem to upload photos. Havent got it in the water yet it just thawed this last week.
