Got the pontoon back from the shop after having the coupler fix and ran it on the hose to check it out.
Because all my baoat have been Mercruiser Bravo drives and the last 5 thru hul exhaust I am not familiar with the path of the exiting water.

Well I replaced the rubber snubber for lack of terms on the sea pump to silence it and the rattle was still there.
Pulled the drive and u-joints were good.
Further inspection I find the flywheel housing is fractured along the edges and pieces of aluminum laying on the mounts.
Any ideas what...
There is a load rattle that best I can tell is coming from the sea pump area.
Watching it appears the pulley is wobbling as well.
Anyone experiance this that can point me in the right direction.
