After spending $600 for rebuilt tilt/trim motor and starter motor installation, tilt is semi-responsive. Shop said they cannot locate problem. Engine has "stuck" in the down position, and yes of course when I am ready to come out of the water, two times now. Shop has the boat, 2.5 weeks again...
