    Built-In Floatation?

    Hello, I recently bought a 1991 Crestliner Phantom 205. Is there built-in foam floatation in these aluminum boats? Thanks for the help.

    9.9 Evinrude 4-stroke model E10RL4SID, ser. 0 04941337; CE 10/2000, engine top cover inscribed 2006 epa standard. Thought it was a 2001, but had the 2006 epa standards been set then? Thank you.
