Hi, I have just picked up a tach for my 1985 40hp 2 stroke. (see attached photos). I Located the connection points on my control harness. I am confused as to where the yellow (+ power) wire will connect to my tach as it was the only wire not connected when I got it. Can anyone help?

This 1985 outboard has been great. ran it today for 1.5 hours. Ran perfectly until I started loosing power. went from 25mph to 10mph at full throttle. Got me back to the dock running smooth but with about 1/3 the power. Any ideas of where to start?
